Give open estimates
a clear next step.

We are building a workflow to identify estimates ready for follow-up, stop reminders when customers reply, and flag cases that need human review.

A Google Sheets decision test processed eight fictional estimates and recorded the expected decisions. Live customer messaging and contractor results have not yet been demonstrated.

What we test first

  1. Understand how you issue estimates and follow up today, including whether your existing software already handles reminders.
  2. Agree which estimates qualify, verify permission to contact customers, and define when follow-up should happen and when it must stop.
  3. Test the rules on a small set of redacted estimates before any customer messages are enabled.
  4. Review decisions together and measure the work required compared with your current process.

If your current tools already solve the problem, we will start there. A custom workflow needs a clear gap to justify it.

A focused starting point

The proposed pilot covers open estimates, a first reminder after an agreed interval, and a second reminder only when appropriate. The workflow must stop on replies, opt-outs, bookings and closed estimates, and send unclear cases to review.

Live messaging, delivery tracking, duplicate prevention, reliable status updates, execution logs and integration with your tools need to be completed and validated before a live pilot. Scope and pricing will be agreed after we understand your workflow.

Who we want to hear from

Owner-operated service businesses that already issue estimates and want to understand whether a more consistent follow-up process would help.

You do not need to send customer data to start. An explanation of your workflow and a made-up example are enough for the first conversation.
